About Us

Leanne Zimmerman, CEO and founder of Verity Healthcare Consulting, has over 30 years of healthcare and consulting experience. Prior to Verity, Leanne was the CEO of HealthWorks where she was responsible for company leadership and ongoing client consulting practice focused on strategic planning and execution, hospital-physician contracting and integration, physician compensation analysis and valuation and litigation support.  Previously, Leanne held management and executive positions with Huron Healthcare, Accenture and Emory Healthcare.   

Leanne is supported by a team of experienced health care executives and provider compensation experts. The Verity team has the knowledge and expertise to help our clients implement and maintain provider compensation models that are fair, sustainable and cost effective. Leanne holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
